How does it work?

Your system , for example Oracle APEX, will send an HTTPS request to our server. This request contains the XML data and the report template (xsl-fo). Our server will return the generated PDF.

Is my data secured?

Yes, the connection is over HTTPS so the data will be encrypted

Do you keep any of my XML data?

No, all data we receive from you is used for the PDF generation only. We do not keep neither the XML data, report template or PDF files. Only in case of an error our server will write the error data in our error logs.

Can you debug my requests?

In case you face a problem with your reports we can activate logging for your requests in order to property support you.
