As depicted in the diagram, RChart can use AWT/Swing or SWT for the graphical functions. The default implementation uses AWT/Swing, so you do not have to change any setting if you are running a AWT , Swing or Web application.

It also includes a JDK 1.1 compatible implementation which is automatically enabled when you run on the JDK 1.1.
